Monitoring 24/7

Our Network host is the only host in Europe, that has teams of technicians in the datacenter 24/7 every day of the year. A servers monitoring system (ICMP) monitors all servers dedicated to all customers. If a fault is detected, an intervention is automatically programmed and a follow up email is automatically sent to us with all information on the progress of the resolution.

SLA

If any of our servers become unavailable, our datacenter guarantees intervention and repair time from 30 minutes to 4 hours, 24/7.

The availability of the network is 99.9%, 99.95% and 99.99% monthly. In case of non-compliance with the SLA, penalties are automatically calculated.

SLA Premium bandwidth

According to the specification of the server, ACE4SPACE gets a guaranteed bandwidth of 100Mbps minimum and up to 1Gbps burstable per server.

Ecologicaly Cooled Energy Saving Datacenter

Since 2004, our datacenter remains the only host in the world to have set up an industrial water cooling system for all dedicated servers.

The electrical power required to run the air conditioning has been reduced by 60%. In 2008, our server host developed the EcoRooms which enabled a reduction of 90% of the energy required to run the air conditioning of the datacenter.

Our provider is the only host in the World, which provides an “Ecologicaly-Cooled Energy Saving datacenter” technology, which devotes less than 10% of the total energy of the datacentre for cooling. The remaining 90% of energy is needed to power servers. Thanks to the 45nm processors power, the electric consumption of a server has been further reduced by 30% while increasing computing power by 30%.

We are pleased that our provider states ‘Respect for the environment is a very important axis of technological development at our premises’. In 2009, Our network provider will innovate by proposing new hosting solutions of dedicated servers which are currently being tested. This can only improve the performance that ACE4SPACE can afford its clients.

FTP Backup

Each of our servers has an FTP backup space located on a geographically different site backing up 3 times weekly ALL accounts.

Components guaranteed for life

Each component of each dedicated server is guaranteed for life. In case of a defective part, they are replaced for free in accordance with the SLA. We believe in RAID – All of our data storage devices are kept in RAID parallel in order to ensure the 99.9% uptime figure we pride our company on!

Management interfaces

All of our servers run a Linux based CentOS5 operationg system supporting cPanel and WHM.
